Ever since old hippie days I had always wanted to visit Kathmandu and see the Himalayas. It was so colorful and so humble. My Nepalese friends had taken time off work to travel around the country with me. It was my first time to try Yak cheese. It is an acquired taste for sure. We took a sunrise flight to watch the sun rise over the Himalayas and Mt Everest. Breathtaking!
